WHAT CAN I PUT IN THE DUMPSTER? Roll-off Dumpsters will dispose of most non-hazardous materials such as construction debris, concrete, gravel, cement, siding, roofing, drywall, wood, household junk, appliances, furniture, green waste, yard trimmings, sod, rocks, mixed cardboard, paper, scrap metal, and dirt. Heavy materials may be restricted to certain size containers (i.e. 15 or 20 yards) because the weight would exceed DOT regulations and be unsafe to haul.
WHAT CANNOT BE PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER? We DO NOT accept hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum-contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, animals, barrels, all liquids, railroad ties, flammable, toxic, and/ or hazardous material, thinners, lacquers, asbestos, batteries, infectious waste, contaminated soils, fuels, inks, resins, car batteries, food wastes, adhesives or industrial drums, or “Special” waste, as defined by applicable Local, State and Federal laws or regulations. We cannot accept refrigerators, freezer units, and air conditioners.
HOW FULL CAN I FILL MY DUMPSTER? For general waste, including household and construction waste, you may fill the dumpster to the top. You may fill the dumpster completely full but the material MUST NOT EXCEED THE TOP EDGE OF THE DUMPSTER; NOTHING CAN BE STICKING OUT OF THE TOP. We must be able to safely tarp the container and ensure that no material will fly out of the container as it is being hauled on the roadways. For dense materials, such as gravel, dirt, concrete, plaster, etc, you may fill the dumpster to the lower line marked Construction Debris Fill Line. Filling past this point could cause unsafe overweight conditions, and you may be required to remove material before we will remove the dumpster. Before placing any of these heavier materials in any containers, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact your customer service rep for guidance on how much is allowed in the container. Do not fill the container above water level even with light material.
WILL IT DAMAGE MY DRIVEWAY? We highly recommend that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood. Customer affirms that any right-of-way provided by customer (disclosed in delivery questions) for the roll-off container is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors’ equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire container placement site. We are not responsible for any damages to any private pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route necessary to perform the services contained herein and shall not be responsible for overhead objects such as electrical wire, overhanging roof lines or leaves, trees, etc.
IS IT NECESSARY FOR SOMEONE TO BE THERE WHEN THE DUMPSTER IS DELIVERED OR REMOVED? It is preferred, but not necessary to have someone on-site for delivery or removal of the container. The driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. If you have specific placement instructions we suggest that you be at the location when driver arrives at your drop off site. If you aren’t present at the time of delivery and aren’t satisfied with the placement of the dumpster, you may call customer service and ask for the Dumpster to be relocated. Relocation fees will apply. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the sched- uled pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER? You may cancel or change an order by calling us at 817-341-9666. You need to have the service address available for can- cellation or making changes to your order. All order modifications must be done one business day in advance to allow for processing. Cancellation fees are charged for all canceled orders per the terms of the agreement. If you have purchased your dumpster via credit card and would like to cancel your order, we reserve the right to charge 10% of your total cost and will refund the difference on your credit card.
WHAT IF I NEED A LARGER DUMPSTER? Please review container sizes for assistance in confirming the best-sized container to fit your needs. If you are still unsure, we strongly suggest that you call customer service for assistance to help you choose the right size for your specific need. If the container you have rented has filled-up but your project/need is not completed, you will need to rent another dumpster. You will be charged for the additional dumpster.
WHAT IF THE DATE I NEED THE DUMPSTER CHANGES? You may change an order by calling us. You need to have your service location available for making changes to your order. All order modifications must be done one business day in advance to allow for processing. There is no charge for changing a delivery date if requested at least one day in advance, simply call us at 817-341-9666.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY LOCATION? You may change an order by calling us at 817-341-9666. You need to have the original service location along with the new service location available for making changes to your order. All order modifications must be done one business day in advance to allow for processing.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER? Generally, you should order at least one day before you need your dumpster. Also, note that there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a container is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior. You may call customer service at 817-341-9666 and ask for the availability of dumpsters for same day delivery.
IS EMERGENCY DELIVERY AVAILABLE? Emergency services are available based upon location and availability, additional fees may apply. We will do our best to meet your needs, but do not guarantee immediate emergency response. Call us at 817-341-9666.
IS SERVICE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS? Our normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but you may call our customer service number and leave a message. Messages are delivered electronically to us and we may be able to meet your need. Additional charges may be applied for after hours service. We will make sure all your needs are met!
WHAT IF I NEED AN EXTRA HAUL? You can have additional hauls with your order but you will be charged the full initial quoted amount for each time we empty a dumpster. Each time we drop an empty, it is considered to be a new rental.
WHAT IF THE DRIVER COMES FOR DELIVERY OR REMOVAL AND I AM NOT READY FOR THE DUMPSTER TO BE DROPPED OR REMOVED? If our driver arrives on the scheduled delivery or pick up date and you do not want the dumpster dropped off or removed, an additional fee will be added to your order for the trip charge. To avoid this, please call us as soon as you know you need to change your drop or pick up date, preferably one day in advance.
WHAT IF I NEED TO KEEP MY DUMPSTER LONGER/HAVE IT REMOVED SOONER? If you want to modify the date your trash dumpster rental is picked up, you may do so by calling us at 817-341-9666. You need to have your service location available for making changes to your order. Our normal rental period is 7 days, but if you need it longer just give us a call. Additional charges will apply for longer rentals. Of course there is no charge for early pick up.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA WEIGHT? Yes, additional charges will be levied if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order. Any weight exceeding the limits will be charged to your order.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I PLACE IN MY DUMPSTER? This would depend on the type of materials that you are disposing. Certain materials such as concrete, blocks, dirt can typically weigh a lot more than household debris or regular construction materials. Note that overweight loads will be charged an additional fee per ton.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Personal and business checks are also accepted, but payment via these methods must clear before we will pick up a dumpster. If a check is returned for Insufficient funds, alternative payment must be received before we remove your trash. Please have your credit card available when placing your order.
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE? The price includes a 7 day rental and pick-up for selected container size. If you are outside our 10 mile delivery area a fuel surcharge will be added.
CAN I PUT THE DUMPSTER ON THE STREET? Some municipalities require a permit to put a dumpster on the street. YOU, the customer, are responsible for determining if a permit is needed and if so, for obtaining the permit. We will put the container where you instruct us. If we place a dumpster on the street and are contacted by local officials because a permit was required but not obtained, we will contact you and offer to move the container to a new location. In this case, a relocation fee will be applied to your order. We are not responsible for fines to the property owner as a result of our dumpster placement. If we are ordered by local officials to move the dumpster and you have no secondary location available, we will remove the dumpster and no refund will be provided. Please, check to see if you need a permit before asking us to drop a dumpster on a residential street.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE DUMPSTER/FOR DELIVERY? Please refer to the container dimensions listed on the Sizes page. It is recommended to provide space to accommodate double the amount of the length and height of the container to assure adequate height and pace clearance.
WHERE WILL MY TRASH BE DISPOSED OF? All of our Dumpsters will be disposed in state approved and licensed disposal facility such as transfer stations, landfills and recycling facilities. In the case of recyclable material, we deliver to professional recycling locations locally.

TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES Rentals include delivery, 7-day rental, and pick-up. Each additional day will be an additional fee. To avoid additional charges, please stay within weight allowance based on dumpster size. Each additional ton is an extra fee. Fuel charges may apply. Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top.
